Our staff participated in child abuse prevention training in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, followed by a time of fellowship together with an Easter egg hunt and delicious Mexican food for lunch. We also took time to deep clean our building and prepare for an amazing Week of the Young Child ahead!
So thankful for this incredible group of women and the heart they bring each and every day.

Our son attends Summit and we love everything about it. The staff is incredible with lots of tenured teachers, they provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. The curriculum is great and the playground is a favorite! Overall couldn’t recommend Summit more!
We are so grateful for this daycare. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about the kids. It brings so much peace knowing our son is loved, taught, and supported every day. We appreciate their communication and the positive impact they’re making in his life.
We have been at Summit now for a few years and have had nothing short of a positive experience. Staff/Teachers are professional, kind, and genuinely love the children. My kids are excited to go to school everyday and are greeted with smiles. Each person takes the time to really get to know your child and their needs to work with them to have the best experience possible. Any issues or situations are addressed quickly and appropriately - communication is huge for us and we are always well informed of anything going on. There is structure to the children's days so plenty of time for free play, lots of activities and learning. My children have thrived in their learning and I appreciate that biblical principles and lessons are taught as well. Overall, Summit has been an excellent choice for our family and children

We have been very happy with their service. The rooms are always clean and the kids seem very happy.
We relocated to Tennessee last June and originally enrolled our daughter at Summit while living in White House. After moving to Goodlettsville due to a change in our home build, we briefly switched to a daycare closer to our new house for convenience. Almost immediately, we noticed a difference in her demeanor. She had once been excited for school, but she began crying at drop-off and seemed unsettled.
We quickly realized that convenience wasn’t worth compromising on quality. We wanted her back in a structured, organized, and nurturing environment - and that’s exactly what Summit provides. Thankfully, the staff made room for her to return, and she has now been back for four months and is absolutely thriving.
Summit incorporates daily practice of God and Bible teachings into their curriculum, which is very important to our family. The staff is caring, attentive, and communicative, and the environment is calm and structured. The staff have been so friendly and supportive throughout the entire building. My son has been asking to go see friends at school and has shown great improvement with the structure implemented by his teachers. I also enjoy the cost of tuition included meals breakfast, lunch, and PM snack.
My son has been attending for 2+ years and has learned so much. They helped potty train. He loves all his teachers and friends. We also love that they supply his meals within tuition cost.
We enrolled our daughter in daycare at 16 months old, and as first time daycare parents, we were understandably nervous. Summit Academy quickly put us at ease with their compassionate teachers, consistent communication, and high-quality care. Their academic curriculum is great as well. Since starting, our daughter’s vocabulary has grown tremendously, her fine motor skills have strengthened, and she developed great social skills. Seeing how happy she is reassures us that we made the right decision.

We have been going to Summit for 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with our care. The staff is attentive, personable and truly devoted to the kids. Both of our kids love attending and seeing their teachers and friends. The additional in school activities offered are a huge bonus for us. I absolutely love that every teacher knows all of the kids names no matter what room we are in they know our kids and how to best help them learn and grow.
My little one has been going to here for a little over four months and has just blossomed! She is starting to count, say ABC’s, and form sentences. Her vocabulary is so big. We are so grateful and have loved Ms. Maddie and Mrs.Rissa!
We’re brand new to Summit Prep Academy with our 1 and 3 old, but so far we’ve had a wonderful experience. Starting at a new school can feel overwhelming as a parent of little ones, but the staff has been incredibly welcoming and reassuring.

We've had a very wonderful experience at Summit Preparatory for both of our children. When we express any sorts of concern for our children in any manner- big or small, the administrators and teachers are quick to respond and quick to work with us on resolving our challenges. We really love the Christian environment and that our children get to learn Bible stories while at school. The children are provided nutritious meals and snacks, which for busy families is such a nice benefit. My youngest has some extra needs when it comes to meeting milestones and the administrators and teachers are great in supporting our therapists and my child. I can't believe the development of both of my children between my eldest's language development and critical thinking beginning to develop. My youngest started at around 4.5-5 months old at Summit and has met his milestones much faster with considerate and compassionate teachers.
We are so grateful to have found Summit after trying many different types of childcare for our children. Summit truly is an amazing place and worth the investment for your child's future.

We LOVE Summit! The teachers are fantastic and the Directors are wonderful to speak with. Highly recommend! All the teachers know the kids names and it makes it such a friendly environment.
This facility is very well ran. You start your day with smiling faces and staff (current/previous) teachers who know your kids names. Communication is excellent, and they are quick with updates and responses. They have been very helpful navigating a child with food allergies as well! They have made the transition going back to work easier on my momma heart. Hands down, would recommend again & again. Your child will be well taken care of!

Summit has been an absolute blessing to the Manfredi Family and we cannot repay all of the love, wisdom, and time invested into Remi from this staff over these past 6 years. Our girls have attended Summit for 2022. We moved there after feeling like our oldest wasn't being supported in her development. We quickly learned that the directors are top notch and truly love our girls where they are and will always put what is best for the child, first, and take to heart the needs of the families they serve.
As a contractor that's had a pleasure of doing business with summit prep academy i must commend the unique staff i was able to observe while on site. From the first step into the facility. Michelle and Rachel were professional, polite, energetic, and very welcoming to everyone entertaining the building! The staff handling the children was always 100% engaged and attentive to every child but what stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the entire facility inside and out! Great job to Michelle Thompson and her staff!

We truly could not be happier with our experience at this school! My daughter absolutely loves it here — to the point that she’s actually cried a couple of times because she didn’t want to leave at the end of the day! She wakes up excited to go and always comes home full of stories and smiles.

We have been with Summit for almost a year and truly are so happy with this program. My son at 3 has been in Ms Stephanie’s class and the skills she has been able to teach him are some that my older daughter, who did not go to Summit, wasn’t able to achieve until kindergarten. The early childhood education offered here is above and beyond. Beyond academics, he has learned a lot of social skills and loves his friends in class very much. Everyone gets along very well. They also remember to have lots and lots of FUN!

Our 2 children have attended Summit since they were 6 months old and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff are so caring and knowledgeable! I couldn't imagine sending our children anywhere else. They are constantly doing fun things with the children like water day, spirit week, fun parties and cute little crafts! We love Summit so much and would highly recommend them if you are looking for childcare in the White House area.
I can not say enough how much we love and value Summit. Before my daughter started at age 3, I was a stay-at-home mom for 2.5 years. Going to school was scary and daunting for all of us. Summit has the most amazing staff, who made sure not only my daughter was safe and cared for, but so was I. They made sure to check in with me about how she was doing throughout the day. We are coming up on one year there, and I am just as thrilled about my daughter being here as I was the first week she started. Their attention to every detail makes every parent feel more relaxed about leaving their whole heart behind.
Summit Prep has taken amazing care of my child for the last 4 years. He has learned so much and even laid a bibical foundation for our household. We are beyond impressed with the care our child has received and couldn’t ask for a more family oriented environment to guide the way for our child.
Summit is the absolute best. When our son was enrolled the admin staff and all the teachers made the transition so easy. We were anxious as this was a new schedule for him but they have helped him flourish here. Grateful for the team here and how much everyone cares!
Michelle and Rachel what can I say! They aren’t paid enough…..! It’s such a wonderful thing to be able to drop off with greetings like a Christmas card. I cannot say enough fantastic things to day about this childcare. The staff are always so sweet. Lainey is a fantastic teacher and loves my son. Michelle is also so sweet and knows everyone that walk in that door
Summit has been a wonderful place for my son. He’s had great/talented teachers the last year and a half that he’s been there. Also, Mrs Michelle is an amazing lady! She’s always had time for me if I ever needed to talk to her, and extremely kind. My son has excelled in school work, and made a few friends along the way. 10/10 recommend!
We have 2 kiddos here currently and are so grateful for this team! They are so kind and caring. One of our kids is on the spectrum and the staff treat him with nothing but respect, kindness and understanding. They are extremely accommodating regarding having his therapies come onsite to work with him and make us all feel welcome.
We recently switched our son to Summit for his very first facility experience. I cannot say enough good things about them. His teacher is the BEST and he loves her! He comes home talking about her and the kids in his class in all of the good ways! Our son is a very timid kiddo so it says a lot when there are no more tears when we drop him off. It is worth it! All we can say it has given me the peace of mind we needed 🙂
The staff at Summit truly love the children and do everything they can to give the kids the best possible environment to grow. The willingness of the staff to work with families through all kinds of situations is so helpful. You won’t find a better early childhood education facility than Summit.
Our little guy started his second year at the Summit this year and it’s been the best decision we’ve ever made! The staff is all so kind and truly care about each and every child. He’s learned so much and comes home everyday saying how much he loves his class. Would recommend Summit to everyone!
As a first time parent I was petrified about taking my sweet baby to daycare. My child started at Summit Prep at 4 months old and now she’s three. I cannot tell you how much our family loves the staff at Summit. Every potty training question, mom guilt, or crazy fear that I have brought to each teacher and director has been met with grace and patience. Now at three years old my daughter knows her days of the week, months, colors shapes and numbers. She’s even tracing her name! The growth I’ve seen in this little one is beyond my expectations of a daycare and preschool. Michelle, one of the directors, has personally helped me in several times of need, both personally and with my child. I feel validated and supported by every staff member. If you are looking for a place for your child that truly embodies faith based education and love for your child, Summit is the place for you!
All three of my boys have attended Summit from age 2 through 4. I have watched the boys grow with the curriculum and the ladies that work there. When I drop off my boys at school I LOVE the feeling that I know they will be loved and cared for as if I was with them all day myself. I can’t express enough good things about Summit.
Best daycare experience ever. We have loved all my daughters teachers and all the teachers are consistent (no turnover). You can tell they really love the kids. I've never had an experience like this with my older daughter when in daycare, so I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful place.
My daughter has been a student at Summit for 2 years, and about to be in her last year. She absolutely adores all her teachers and the same can be said by my wife and myself. If you’re looking for a preschool where your child will progress socially and cognitively this is the school to choose! By far the best place for child care in the area. I have had expererince over the past 10 years with the main campus and with the infant center starting in 2019. I can not rave enough about the staff and facility. We LOVE Summit Prep!
My children have gone to Summit for almost 5 years. I cannot say enough great things about the school and people that work there. Elizabeth and Michelle put the children there above all else and go above and beyond every single day to make it the best school. They know all the kids names and what will make the kids smile. The school has been such a blessing to my family. They were open through the entire Covid craziness so that my husband and I could continue to work. The care providers show love and patience each day for my little wild one. Their communication is great. I always receive updates when anything out of the norm occurs. The list goes on and on for all the reasons I love this school. I will always recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place for their babies to go.
Enrolling my son at Summit was a great decision! He started with a speech delay at 2 1/2, and within 6 months his therapist gave him the green light to graduate from therapy. His teachers have been so caring and hands on with my baby’s growth and overall development (not to mention they get all the credit for fully potty training him before 3.. they are truly superheros). I appreciate the Bible lessons they incorporate into everyday fun, and the consistent photo updates we receive throughout the day. We truly feel like we found family when we found Summit and for that we’re so thankful!
Our boys went to Summit from toddlers until they started Kindergarten! The director, Ms. Elizabeth is one of the kindest people I know! she always listened to me even, with my ridiculous requests. She always made sure our boys were taken care of at all times. It is a very scary thing to leave your children with someone when you have to go back to work after just beginning to bond with them, especially when you have twins. They made me feel very wonderful about my decision of leaving them there! I got constant updates and pictures the first couple of weeks to help me feel better and then I was always updated about their day. I could not have potty trained my children without them either. My boys were so much further along in kindergarten because of the things they learned at Summit. If you are considering Summit, look no further,! It is worth every penny!
I cannot recommend Summit enough. We have been through our fair share of daycares and directors and Summit's director is the one that listens to me, validates me, and addresses each and every small concern I raise. There's nobody I'd trust my kids with more. I know without a shadow of a doubt the staff and director will always protect my kids and keep their best interest in mind. The director has made me a better mom and consistently shown my family and I Christ's love, day in and day out. We would truly, TRULY be lost without them.
